II. Delivery by a third party logistics upon notice
Our company has established a strategic relation with Kerry EAS Logistics to attain integrated service, namely, the logistics company sends goods in a quick manner, and informs the customer to remit after the goods arrive at the customer¡¯s place, and our company delivers the goods to the customer after confirmation of the arrival of the remittance.

Operation procedure:
1. Order receiving and goods preparation: the customer shall fax the Order for Goods to Dongya Headquarters directly, the company will, within 1-3 business days, prepare all goods required, and fax to the customer the Remittance Advice and account number.
2. Delivery and shipment: the company will deliver the prepared goods to Kerry EAS Logistics which is responsible for sending them to the customer¡¯s place and informing the customer to remit after the arrival of the goods. In principle, the goods will be in-transit for 2-4 business days.
3. Receiving goods after remittance: upon receipt of the information on arrival of the goods, the customer shall make payment to Dongya Company in accordance with the amount set forth in the faxed Remittance Advice. After confirmation of the arrival of the remittance, the company will immediately inform the logistics company to send the goods to the customer. The customer shall sign or seal the interchange receipt after confirming the goods are in good packing condition through inspection.
Points for attention:
1. When signing off the goods, note to inspect the goods for packaging, and in case of damage, you can reject the mail or directly call to the headquarters for solution. If, after unpacking, the product is found not in conformity with the specification or the company has sent the goods by mistake, please contact the company for return at the cost to our company.
2. You should arrange the remittance after receiving the information from Kerry EAS Logistics on the arrival of the goods, and for any doubt about the information, you can examine the goods at the local agency of Kerry EAS Logistics, but without inspection of internal parts through unpacking. In case of any problem after signing-off the mail, please directly contact our company for solution.
3. If, according to the agreement, your goods cannot be delivered after two times of delivery, you will be advised to collect them at the local logistics company; if the address you left is beyond the scope of direct delivery by the local logistics company, the company will, according to the provisions of the logistics company, inform you to collect them at the local logistics company, so your understanding and cooperation are appreciated.
